Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Prop Firm Tracker website and service (the "Service") operated by Prop Firm Tracker ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prop Firm Tracker provides a dashboard for users to track and analyze their financial performance with proprietary trading firms. This includes tracking accounts, expenses, payouts, and other related financial metrics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Free Trial and Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. To begin the trial, you must select a subscription plan and provide valid payment information. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged for the selected plan (monthly or yearly). All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you. Payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that would violate the rights of others. You agree not to misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prop Firm Tracker and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prop Firm Tracker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
