At Prop Firm Tracker, we are committed to providing a transparent and valuable service. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, centered around our 7-day free trial. We offer this trial so you can fully explore all features and decide if the tool is the right fit for your trading business before making any payment.
The 7-Day Free Trial
Your 7-day free trial provides complete, unrestricted access to the Prop Firm Tracker. To start your trial, you will be asked to select a subscription plan and provide payment information. You will not be charged during this 7-day period.
This trial is your opportunity to ensure our service meets your needs. If you do not wish to become a paying subscriber, you must cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscription Payments
If you do not cancel before the end of your 7-day free trial, your chosen subscription will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged. This initial payment and all subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable for the month they are made.
- Yearly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable for the year they are made. This plan offers a significant discount for a long-term commitment.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You are in full control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time. Cancelling during your free trial will prevent any charges. If you cancel an active subscription, you will prevent any future charges. To cancel, please follow the instructions provided by our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) or do so from your account settings page.
Upon cancellation of an active subscription, you will continue to have full access to the Prop Firm Tracker until the end of your current paid billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A demonstrable technical error on our part that prevented you from using the service.
- A billing error, such as a duplicate charge.
